KATSINA – The Katsina State High Court of Justice has announced the annual Court vacation and approved the appointment of vacation judges.
Nuraddeen El-ladan Ahmed, the Chief Registrar affirmed this in a statement signed and made available to newsmen in Katsina on Thursday.
The statement added that, 2022-2023 new legal year is to commence on the 10th October, 2022.
“The Chief Judge in accordance with provisions of the state High Court of Justice civil procedure amended rules of 2017 has approved the appointment of Justice Ibrahim Isiyaku Mashi and Justice Abubakar Ibrahim Maude as vacation judges”.
“Only matters of urgent attention will be entertained in the chambers by the Vacation Judges”, the statement concluded.
